What is the minimum order for custom made work wear? For sublimated garments the MOQ is only 10 garments per order.
Other styles made from cotton drill fabric or waterproof jackets start at 50 per order and this quantity can be mixed between multiple sizes.
Are the garments hi vis compliant? We hold licenses to Australian hi vis uniform standards 4602.1:2011 and 1906.4:2010 which are the most popular safety standards for typical everyday hi vis uniforms and when required all garments are manufactured in compliance with these standards. We also make specialised uniforms in compliance with other standards when instructed by our clients to meet the specific needs of your uniforms depending on the work environment the uniforms are used in. When making garments for special use our fabrics and garments are tested by independent laboratories and are issued with a report showing all test results carried out on your uniforms. Compliance labels are also sewn into the garments to ensure your uniforms have proof of compliance encase needed when visiting regulated sites.
What if I want a uniform that doesn't need to meet hi vis safety compliance? No problem.. When we take order enquires we ask our customers if the uniforms they are designing need to meet any special safety standards and if the design doesn't need to comply with safety standards we can make your uniforms in any design you want.
Do you make fire retardant safety uniforms? Yes we do. Because flame retardant garments are extremely technical garments, we work with you to learn about the specific needs of your uniforms and any safety certifications required to make your uniforms suitable for use in your work environment, and label the garments accordingly.
Can we choose a design we don't see on your website? Of course you can. Because we make our garments to order based on your needs we can make garments in any style or colour to suit want you want.
What is the delivery lead time? Sublimated garments can generally be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks and cotton drill garments and wet weather styles are usually delivered within 6 - 8 weeks depending on the order quantity.
Where do you deliver? We deliver all over Australia and the world. DHL is our main freight provider but if DHL doesn't deliver to your area we will use another freight company that can deliver to your area.
How do I order and pay? All order must be placed via email so both parties have records of all order details.
Once the order has been confirmed we issue a 50% deposit invoice and once the deposit is paid production starts. The final balance is due when the order is ready for delivery.
What if there is a problem when the order arrives? We take every step possible to ensure your order will be delivered exactly as expected, however if you notice something isn't the way it was planned when the order arrives contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix the problem ASAP and if we cant fix the problem we will replace the garments or issue a refund if we cant replace the order within the standard lead time.
